
Final Sale & Return Policy Update
Effective June 1, 2024
As of June 1, 2024, all sales made on 21beautys.com are considered final. This means:

No returns or exchanges will be accepted for any reason on purchases made on or after this date.

This policy supersedes any previous return or refund terms.
Approved Returns before June 1, 2024
Customers who completed a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before June 1, 2024, will still have their returns processed under the prior return policy.
Once we receive your return, it will be inspected, and you will be notified of your refund approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 48-72 hours for your financial institution to process the refund. If you do not see the refund after 14 business days, contact us at 21beautyusa@gmail.com.
Undeliverable or Refused Packages

Refused or undeliverable shipments are subject to return shipping fees, which may vary based on the original shipping method and courier.

Any applicable fees, including the original shipping cost and the carrier’s return charges, will be deducted from your refund, if eligible.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. Once an order is placed, we are unable to modify addresses.
Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds or replacements, due to the nature and cost of our products.
Exchanges
21beautys.com does not process exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product, a new order must be placed separately.
