
SHIPPING POLICY
1. Shipping Carriers & Service Areas
We partner with UPS and USPS as our primary shipping providers.
We currently ship only within the continental United States.
We do not ship to Canada, Mexico, Hawaii, Alaska, or any international destinations.
Shipping timelines refer to carrier transit times and begin once the order has been processed and shipped.
UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid street address to avoid delivery delays or address correction fees.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Standard processing time is 1–4 business days, up to 7 business days for items with limited availability.
Orders placed before 1:00 PM CST will begin processing the same business day.
Orders placed after 1:00 PM CST will begin processing the next business day.
Processing includes order verification, packaging, and preparation for shipment — it does not include transit time.
3. Shipping Confirmation & Notifications
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
UPS and USPS do not pick up or deliver on Sundays.
Orders placed on late Friday or over the weekend may experience delays in tracking updates until the next business day.
4. Shipping Rates, Sales Tax & Handling Fees
Shipping rates shown at checkout include handling fees and may change based on carrier pricing.
We collect sales tax based on the shipping destination. Estimated taxes will appear at checkout, and the final charge will reflect applicable state and local tax rates.
Rates are subject to change based on carrier pricing adjustments or promotions.
5. Undeliverable or Refused Shipments
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to retrieve from the carrier, the following will apply:
Return shipping fees will be deducted from any eligible refund.
Original shipping costs and carrier return charges will also be deducted.
Please verify your shipping information before completing your order. Once an order is processed, shipping details cannot be modified.
6. Risk of Loss & Claims for Lost Packages
All shipments are made under a shipment contract — risk of loss and title passes to you upon transfer to the carrier.
If your package is lost in transit:

Once the carrier declares the package officially lost, we will process your refund or replacement based on required claim documentation.
Lost package claims must be reported to us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
7. Service Delays & COVID-19 Impacts
Due to ongoing global conditions, shipping and customer service response times may be delayed. We appreciate your understanding and recommend monitoring your email for order updates and tracking information.
